Most couples aren’t broken. They’re stuck.
They get caught in patterns of hurt, defensiveness, disconnection, resentment, or conflict that can feel almost impossible to change from the inside.
At Core Connection, I help you slow those patterns down, understand what is really happening underneath them, and change the way you relate to each other.
I believe strong relationships are built on trust, commitment, emotional safety, honesty, and accountability. That means we won’t spend our time simply deciding who is right and who is wrong. We’ll look honestly at what each person is bringing into the relationship, what is getting in the way of connection, and what needs to change.
My approach is heavily influenced by Relational Life Therapy and the Gottman Method, along with attachment-based relationship work. But this isn't about learning therapy language. It's about learning how to communicate differently, handle conflict without destroying connection, repair hurt, rebuild trust, and become better partners.
And sometimes the healthiest work starts individually.
Core Connection works with couples and individuals who want healthier relationships—with their partner, their family, and themselves. Individual relational work can help you understand your patterns, become more emotionally available, communicate what you need, establish healthier boundaries, and show up differently in the relationships that matter most.
The goal is simple:
Less fighting. Less distance. More honesty. More safety. More connection.
Because healthy relationships don't just happen.
We build them.
Free 15-Minute Consultation
A brief, no-pressure phone call to talk about what’s bringing you in, answer any questions you may have, and see if I’m the right fit for you. It’s simply a chance to connect before deciding whether you’d like to schedule a first session.
Most relationship problems aren’t really about the thing you’re arguing about.
The same fight keeps showing up because there’s usually something deeper underneath it — hurt, disconnection, resentment, fear, or the feeling that you’re simply not being heard or understood.
That’s where our work begins.
My approach is direct, practical, and relationship-focused. We’ll slow things down, identify the patterns that keep pulling you apart, and work toward changing what happens between you — not just talking about it.
I draw from research-supported approaches including Relational Life Therapy and the Gottman Method, while tailoring the work to the people sitting in front of me.
For individuals, the work is still relational. We may focus on emotional awareness, boundaries, communication, accountability, or patterns that continue showing up in your relationships.
The goal isn’t perfection.
It’s healthier conflict, greater emotional safety, deeper connection, and relationships that actually feel good to be in.
Sometimes 50-80 minutes simply isn’t enough.
Extended sessions give us the time and space to slow things down, get underneath the conflict, and work through the patterns that keep bringing you back to the same place.
Rather than stopping because the clock says we’re done, we have room to follow the conversation, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and practice a different way of responding to one another.
Drawing from Relational Life Therapy, the Gottman Method, and other research-supported approaches, we’ll work toward greater emotional safety, healthier conflict, deeper connection, and real change in your relationship.
Extended sessions are available for both couples and individuals who want the time to go deeper without feeling rushed.
Convenient and flexible, to fit into your busy lifestyle - online sessions make it easier to prioritize your relationship even with busy schedules. These virtual sessions mirror the same evidence-based strategies used in person, helping couples rebuild closeness, manage conflict effectively, and communicate with compassion. Whether you’re at home or on the go, you’ll have professional support that fits your lifestyle while staying focused on connection and growth.
This 90-minute virtual session offers a focused space for meaningful growth and connection. Whether you’re a couple working to rebuild communication and trust, or a man wanting to strengthen your emotional awareness and leadership in relationships, this extended session provides the time and structure to dig deeper.

A 3-hour intensive session puts us in the fast lane, giving couples extended time to unpack patterns, practice new communication tools, and work toward clarity and connection without feeling rushed. This longer format helps partners move from defensiveness to understanding while building a shared plan for change going forward.
